Organize text editors by workgroups or tasks. Each text block or variable is managed by a text editor, depending on the task at hand, a workgroup is selected. For example, if you need to translate a text from French to English, create a workgroup called “Translation FR-EN” and assign text editors to this workgroup. You can also create groups for marketing, regulatory, spell checking, etc.
