During design management, versions go through three states before sending the design for validation or printing. The designer can upload to the platform while the status is in progress. When the coordinator changes the status to Approved, no more versions can be uploaded to the platform. If the design was created in low resolution, the coordinator can request the file in high resolution. The coordinator concludes the design and can send it for validation or printing.
