Unify communication
The process of creating a final product involves many professionals from different departments, where each participant communicates in a different way.
Nowadays people have many forms of communication at their disposal: telephone, e-mail, Telegram, whatsapp….
This is the reason why communication errors are generated: it is essential to unify communication.

Each user can work in different layouts and tasks, where each of these tasks has its channel.
When an action is completed in a certain task, Artwork process sends a notification to the participants of the task.
Independent task-based communication
Artwork process has a channel for each of the tasks.
Within the platform there are several tools: text management where a task is divided for each of the text boxes, design management, validation of the final artwork and print management.
For example, for the translation of a text box we have a messaging system for this translation, where only the project coordinator and the translator interact.
Three communication channels
Artwork process has realized that during the creation process there are three levels of communication. It is not the same to send a message to a member of the same organization, to a supplier or to a client: for this reason we have created three communication channels: internal, coordination and external communication.
