Design Management

Coordinate the design creation with the designer, client, supervisor, and internal users. In Artwork process, you can validate the design versions created by the designer and coordinate the entire process of creating the new design with the designer, client, supervisor, and users.

The coordinator has tools that facilitate work and decision-making. All versions uploaded to the platform are compared, and visually, the changes made between versions can be seen. The coordinator can determine the font size on each page of the PDF.

Communication Channels

The coordinator has three communication channels to interact with each user profile.

Internal Communication
Channel Interacts with the designer and internal users. The coordinator can create tasks for the designer, while internal users can only make design suggestions.

Coordination Communication
Channel Direct communication with the supervisor.

External Communication
Channel Communication between the supervisor and the client, where the client can provide design suggestions.

Once the design is correct, the coordinator can send it for validation or printing.
